Role Changes for Our Evolving Team
Over the last two years, we have been working in a whole new way and we thank you for staying with us through it all. Your success continues to be the focus of all our efforts and we are fortunate to have a strong team that supports the services we provide to you.
We are pleased to share that the members of our team have excelled, taking on more responsibilities with expanded roles. So that you know who’s doing what on your behalf and who to contact for assistance, I’d like to re-introduce you to our incredible team members:
Natalie Motyka is our Investment Analyst. She monitors, researches and analyses the markets so that we can make the best investments for your portfolio. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst who has been a valued member of our team since 2018.
How can Natalie serve you? When you have a question about a specific element within your portfolio or want to discuss what’s happening in the markets, Natalie is the person to contact.

Loren Flores is our Communications and Technology Specialist who helps you access our digital services.
How can Loren serve you? When you need help to set up the Box app to receive documents securely or the Teams app for video calls, to set up or make changes to your account information or need help with anything we do online including emails and newsletters, Loren is the person to contact.

Natalie and Loren have different roles and share one common goal - to provide you with excellent service. We will continue to make positive changes as we evolve and we look forward to sharing further updates with you about things we’re working on in the near future.

Our Client Care & Administration Specialist Jennifer Toscano is no longer on our SilverBirch team. We have been working to fill the position and will be making an announcement soon.

I hope this update finds you well and happy under gloriously sunny blue skies. Sorry to say, I have some bittersweet news to share with you.
Jennifer Toscano, our client care specialist, will be leaving us at the end of the month. June 30th will be her last day. Jennifer, her husband Armando and their two children are moving to Seville, Spain to be with their extended family.
After working side by side for almost ten years, I will miss her terribly as a valued member of our Silverbirch family and also as a friend. At the same time, I’m happy and excited for Jennifer as she undertakes this amazing adventure with her family to one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
It will be a challenge to fill Jennifer’s shoes but rest assured, we will take the time necessary to find the right person to take over her position. In the meantime, we are all working together as a team and will continue to provide you with the high standard of client care you expect from us.

Hello,
As most of you are probably already aware today is my last day working with SilverBirch Wealth Management. My family and I are moving to Spain to be closer to family and while I am very excited about the opportunities that await me in the future, it is with sadness that I say goodbye.
It has been an unforgettable experience to work with all of you throughout the years and I will always cherish the relationships I have made along the way.
Of all my responsibilities speaking with clients has always been my favourite and I will truly miss our daily interactions. I wish you and your families all the best.
